I help business professionals manage strong emotions like stress and anxiety with holistic techniques. I teach them to approach those emotions with compassion and curiosity, integrating them into their lives to live a more empowered, balanced life.
I've struggled most of my adult life with the candy sampler of issues from anxiety and stress to low self-esteem, codependency, obsessive thoughts and porous boundaries My search to learn how to handle those emotions began a 25 year process of growth and change, introducing me to teachers and therapists who helped me. While I can't claim that I've conquered anxiety and stress, I can say I've learned how to relate to those emotions in ways that empower me, instead of hijack me.
Now, entering my 50s, it's time to share what I've learned with others. It's time for you to know you don't have to believe your inner critic; it’s possible, and you’re allowed to, sleep with a quiet mind and rested soul; that healing is achieved by paying attention to your body, mind, and spirit; and that nature supports and encourages us every single day. We are all sparks of the Divine, and help is one request away from manifesting.
