About Us
Small Group Personal Training for Women only. We incorporate 4 key components; Strength training, Cardio , Nutrition and Accountability. We help empower women through transformation. At Get In Shape For Women we are passionate about helping women find their path to fitness. We begin by meeting with you to evaluate your current fitness levels. We believe the key to our members sucess is through the sense of community and connections that are fostered within our studio. Welcome!
