We've all heard about various methods for monitoring breast health. Breast Self-Examination, doctor examinations, and mammography are standard practices. Yet breast cancer continues to affect more women all over the United States and we need begin asking ourselves why. High Definition Infrared Breast Thermography is a highly effective early screening method for breast disease and is listed by the U.S. Dpt of Health and Human Services as an accepted diagnostic procedure; it is also FDA approved in conjunction with other screening methods. Screening methods should be dependent on age, family history and genetics- there are different screening recommendations for women 35-39, women 40-49, and those over 50.
