Health & Happiness Night
You’re invited to a Night of Health & Happiness on Thursday, January 24th from 5-8pm. The evening will include hors d’oeuvres, drinks, a chance to mingle with friends and local health care providers, and 2 guest speakers: Dr. Sheth, a Board Certified Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon, will speak about anti-aging tips and skin care, and Christine Trainer, Board Certified Integrative Nutrition and Wellness Coach, will discuss diet and lifestyle modifications with autoimmune conditions that affect 50 million+ Americans yearly.
