Looking to take better care of yourself? Each Wednesday through August 12, we feature a different small-group outdoor exercise class or mind-body relaxation with fun and fresh ideas led by a different local wellness business.Try out new movements for all fitness levels and introduce yourself to a variety of routines.

Wednesday July 29 | 9:15-10:15am | Chair Yoga
Join us for a virtual session of seated Yoga. Learn poses to help build your strength, increase/maintain your flexibility, and improve your balance.
Supplies needed: A sturdy chair with no arm rests and no wheels. Please make sure your chair is on a flat and stable surface, and there is space around you for the exercises.
