Conversations with a Village Trustee: Meet Mark Kuchler & Beth Augustine

As we look to expand the relationship between our business community and Village leaders, we're scheduling casual conversations throughout the year to become better acquainted with each other - and hopefully, gain insight to the opportunities, dreams and challenges that are facing us as business owners and civic leaders.

We hope you'll join us for the next small-group chat in our series where we'll meet with Village President Mark Kuchler and Trustee Beth Augustine. Space is limited.

Mark was appointed by the Village Board to serve as Village President in February, 2020. He has served as a Village Trustee since 2007. Mark is a founding partner at the trial law firm Ronaldson & Kuchler in Chicago, receiving his law degree in 1991.  He is also a certified public accountant. 

Mark is a long time resident of La Grange, where he and his wife have raised four successful children.   

Beth has served as a village trustee since 2019. Prior to that, she served on the village's Community and Economic Development Commission, on the Environmental Quality Control Commission, and on the Citizen's Council of La Grange. Beth represents the fifth family member descended from La Grange founder Franklin D. Cossitt to sit on the Village board.
