Interfaith Community Partners

About Us

Interfaith Community Partners is a non-profit organization that works together with volunteers to provide rides to older adults and individuals with disabilities in Lyons, Proviso, and Riverside Townships, and surrounding communities. Over 115 volunteers provide accompanied transportation to medical appointments, and life enhancing errands such as the grocery store, bank, church, and hairdresser. There is no cost to our clients, although we encourage donations from clients if they are able. We are funded by private donations, grants, special events, and church support.
