About Us

CMR brings one-on-one hands-on care to quickly get to the source of pain. At Complete Muscle Recovery, we implement a hands-on approach that focuses on the soft tissue – primarily the muscles and fascia of specific parts of the body. By working to get the soft tissue functioning better, our method allows the body to move better and eliminates pain.

Our patients often tell us they have less pain, increased range of motion, and better function overall, even after the first visit! At CMR, we provide specialized, hands-on manual therapy and rehab exercises that allow our patients’ excellent one-on-one care. Our providers' education allows them to examine and diagnose the root cause of the pain to get consistently fast results and rule out any major concerns.

We work on almost all injury types, and we only refer care if there is a bone fracture or a completely torn muscle. There's a big gap between doing nothing and going to the orthopedic surgeon. We try to fill that gap and relieve your pain without having to bring inexpensive shots, imaging, or surgery.
